Welcome to the Oreonis Blogs – my pets blog! As a pet owner, I am thrilled to have you here and am excited to connect with you on my journey of bringing you the latest in pet news, advice, tips, and information.
Who Am I
I’m a naturalized Canadian, as I’m sure you’ve figured by now. I am 79 now, spending most of my time writing blogs on almost anything but focusing more on pets. I have readers from all over through the blogs. I have written a book on Pets as a Human Therapy which is available on Amazon. I have also created a log book for pet parents who like to record every moment their pet lives, especially if they have a dog or a cat. I will share the links for these publications, or you may click on the links if you prefer an easy way.
I have had pets and wonderful experiences living with them in my home. I had dogs, fish, and birds. All I am left with are their memories, and it is sad not to have them around. Despite the passage of more than ten years, memories are still vivid. There was never a dull day; they gave me unconditional love even though they tried my patience at times.
My way of remembering them is to write about my life with my pets, starting with dogs. I had two cocker spaniels – Golden and Black, and they were great companions. One came from Milton, Ontario and the black cocker spaniel was from Pickering, Ontario. As part of my blog series, I will share about my other pets – fish and birds.

Along with other more experienced pet owners than me, my mission is to provide pet owners and lovers with the information they need to make the best decisions for the health and well-being of their furry friends. I know that pet ownership is a huge responsibility, and therefore I strive to provide pet owners with resources and information that are accurate, up-to-date, and unbiased.
AM I Qualifed
Here at Oreonis Pet Blogs, life experience and having lived with them is my best qualification. I rely on passionate pet owners, pet health experts, and animal behaviourists. I am always looking for new developments in the pet care world. I attempt to stay abreast of any trends or changes in the industry. I am committed to sharing our knowledge and passion with pet owners everywhere. To this effect, I have web stories, an e-commerce site where you may find pet accessories and training programs for your pets.
