Knowledge • Legacy • Reflections • Guidance

Welcome to OreonisBlogs.

My name is Mani Sulur, and after more than eight decades of life, I have come to believe that knowledge gains its greatest value only when it is shared.

Throughout my career, I have worked in aviation, finance, insurance, technology, and business development. Along the way, I have experienced success, setbacks, personal loss, family responsibilities, international relocation, estate matters, and the many challenges that life presents.

Those experiences taught me lessons that no classroom could.

OreonisBlogs was created as a place where practical experience meets thoughtful reflection. It is a knowledge centre dedicated to helping individuals, families, seniors, and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) make informed decisions with confidence and clarity.

Here, I write about legacy planning, estate matters, wills, NRI property, senior living, emerging technologies, and the everyday lessons that shape our lives. My goal is not simply to provide information, but to offer a perspective drawn from real experiences.

If even one article helps a family avoid confusion, encourages someone to prepare for the future, or brings comfort during a difficult decision, then this journey has served its purpose.

Thank you for visiting, and I hope you find knowledge, encouragement, and peace within these pages.

My Passion

My passion is helping people make better life decisions through knowledge, experience, and thoughtful reflection. I believe that wisdom should be shared freely, especially when it can help others avoid unnecessary hardship, preserve family harmony, and prepare for the future with confidence.

My Goals

To build a trusted knowledge centre that empowers seniors, families, and NRIs with practical guidance on legacy planning, estate matters, property ownership, technology, and lifelong learning. Through every article and reflection, my goal is to leave behind something more valuable than information—a legacy of clarity, compassion, and hope.
